Announcement on Booking Tickets for International Students Traveling to Japan
Dear passengers:
Please first try booking a ticket to Japan through Shenzhen Airlines' International Official Website, APP or other channels. If all the flights have been booked up, you can apply for going to Japan through the "Scheme for Smooth Entry of International Students" recently issued by the Japanese government. Please call the Shenzhen Airlines hotline 95361-2 for assistance in booking your ticket.

Purchasing tickets through "Scheme for Smooth Entry of International Students":
Passengers may apply to Shenzhen Airlines Customer Service Center for booking a ticket. When successfully booking a ticket, the Customer Service Center will send the relevant information to the passengers by email. International students may apply to the MEXT Entry Support Center for Foreigners/International Students through their colleges/universities, and their applications will be reviewed by the Entry Support Center and the information about the accepted students will be sent to Shenzhen Airlines. Accordingly, Shenzhen Airlines will contact those students to make payments and then issue their tickets.
Precautions:
1. The ticket prices provided are for reference only as they are subject to tax changes. The prices on the day of payment shall prevail;
2. This is only available for international students traveling to Japan. A successful appointment does not mean successful ticketing. The actual ticketing shall prevail;
3. The ticket standard is in line with the rights and interests of international students;
4. Passengers shall have a valid passport and visa, actively pay attention to the pandemic situation in their destinations, and be fully prepared for pandemic prevention;
5. Special note: According to the requirement of the Japanese government, the corresponding Japanese colleges/universities must file applications to the Entry Support Center for Foreigners/International Students 5 days in advance.
