1.Specialty Catering

(1) Signature Dish of Shenzhen Airlines—Specialty Soup Noodles with Sirloin

In order to offer our passengers delicious food, Shenzhen Airlines King Lounge strives to continuously innovate and optimize its offerings, and regularly launches theme dishes. While remaining the local catering characteristics, King Lounge offers a "National Signature Dish"—specialty soup noodles with sirloin, bringing premium passengers a sense of home even if they are in different King Lounge restaurants nationwide.

•Dish researched and developed, and preparation process instructed face to face by the professional chef team from the Catering Department of Shenzhen Airlines;

•Specific cuts of beef to maintain a unified taste;

•Secret recipe involving multiple preparation processes;

•Well-cooked soup stock with a strong and rich flavor;

(2) Buffet

A variety of snacks, beverages, freshly ground coffee, Chinese tea, and wine, among others, are available in the Snack Area 24/7.

Staple food, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as seasonal fruits, and Chinese and western pastries are available in the Dining Area.

(3) Wine Bars—Enjoy the Moment

Shenzhen International Hotel Shenzhen and the Catering Department of Shenzhen Airlines jointly built a coffee bar in Hall 1, a wine bar in Hall 2, and a wine and beverage bar in Hall 5. Coffee and cakes are sourced from five-star hotels, giving premium passengers a high-quality taste experience. Before a flight, you can taste superb coffee and exquisite cakes while watching aircraft take off and land.

2.3D Audio and Video Service

What do you enjoy doing most when waiting for a flight? According to a survey over more than 10000 international travelers conducted by Skyscanner, a famous airline and travel information site, passengers expect the most to watch movies at airport cinemas while waiting for their flights.

In response to passengers' expectations, Shenzhen Airlines added a 3D audio and video area in Shenzhen King Lounge Hall 2 and Nanjing King Lounge respectively. You can enjoy a visual feast before boarding.

3.Access/Boarding

Shenzhen King Lounge is the first lounge installed with a passenger positioning system in the Chinese civil aviation industry. This system supports multiple automatic access and exit modes, including face access, and access with rest coupon, ID card, passport, electronic boarding pass, and paper boarding pass. Please follow Shenzhen Airlines on WeChat Mini Program, and the background will push boarding reminders to you automatically.

4. Ticket Change in King Lounge

If you need to change a ticket, we offer a special ticket change service for you inside King Lounge. We can check your flight dynamics quickly, and provide you with the best ticket change plan based on your needs. Moreover, we can help you handle the subsequent itinerary as soon as possible and go through the check-in for your next flight so that you can change your ticket at once.

5.Personalized Screen Display

Since Shenzhen King Lounge was relocated to the new terminal in November 2013, the display screens installed in four lounges for domestic flights have been personalized to show the information of the airlines within the King Lounge coverage. This gives premium passengers in these lounges a clearer, more intuitive and faster view of their flight information.

6.Private Room Service

Each lounge is complete with private rooms. You can enjoy your private space here, and we have a special person to serve you. Each private room is furnished with a soft sofa, a tea table, a TV set, magazines, and aromatherapy, so that you can enjoy yourself in this exclusive, solitary, and elegant space.

You can take a shower, get yourself dressed properly, and refine your makeup before starting your next journey with full confidence and energy. 8. Magic Box

King Lounge is committed to building a warm home for premium passengers at airports. Bearing in mind that "we are eager to meet passengers' needs and think what is on passengers' minds", we offer a Magic Box service in King Lounge from 2011. Caring for our passengers and in response to their demands, we expand the Magic Box service from Shenzhen to nationwide, with nail scissors, sewing kit, and power cords at the beginning expanding to iodine cotton bars and band-aids till now.

King Lounges Nationwide

The following passengers can enjoy our service in Shenzhen King Lounges during the opening hours of the flights: passengers taking the Business Class of Shenzhen Airlines/Air China flights, or passengers taking Shenzhen Airlines/Air China flights with Phoenix Miles Gold, Platinum, and Silver cards (enter the domestic hall by redeeming 3,000 mileage or the international hall for free); and the passengers who present the Star Alliance Gold Card or have the Star Alliance paid membership of any member air carrier of the Star Alliance.

1. Shenzhen King Lounge

Shenzhen King Lounge consists of four lounges, namely, Hall 1, 2, 3, and 5, and International Hall. These five halls are located in the terminal building of Shenzhen Baoan International Airport.

•Hall 1 is located on the second floor. You can take the escalator towards Gates 14-19 after security check;

•Hall 2 is located next to Gate 52;

•Hall 3 is located next to Gate 20 and on the left side below the escalator after security check;

•Hall 5 is above Gate 520 in the departure hall on the 3rd floor of the satellite hall;

•International Hall is located opposite the security check gate 1 for international flights.

Each lounge is equipped with VIP private rooms, an Internet area, a baby care room, a luggage storage room, a coffee bar, a shower room, a massage area, a wine bar area, a children's play area, and a 3D audio and video room, among others, with a total of 590 seats. A variety of beverages, snacks, fruits, Chinese pastries, and pasta are served 24/7. The staple food is provided during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All these are offered in the form of a buffet. 2. Nanjing King Lounge

Nanjing King Lounge is specially located on the air deck, in the V2 lounge (you can take the elevator next to Zkungfu Restaurant upstairs) beside security check passage No. 1 in the isolation area on the domestic departure floor of Terminal 2 of Nanjing Lukou International Airport.

This lounge covers an area of 1,200 m2, with an ingenious layout, an exquisite design, and a total of 127 seats. The lounge is furnished with a reception area, a public rest area, a dining area, a wine bar area, a reading area, an Internet cafe area, a massage area, a private room area, a 3D audio and video room, and other areas. A variety of beverages, snacks, fruits, Chinese pastries, and pasta are served 24/7, and staple food is provided during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All these are offered in the form of a buffet. 3. Shenyang King Lounge

Shenyang King Lounge is located in the terminal building of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport. After the security check, you can take the elevator toward Gate 11 to the second floor.

This lounge is equipped with VIP private rooms, an Internet area, a baby care room, a coffee bar, shower rooms, and a massage area, with a total of 130 seats. A variety of beverages, snacks, fruits, Chinese pastries, and pasta are served 24/7. The staple food is provided during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All these are offered in the form of a buffet. 4. Wuxi King Lounge

Shenzhen Airlines Wuxi King Lounge is located in the departure hall on the second floor of Terminal 2 of Sunan Shuofang International Airport, on the left of the security check channel, opposite to Gate 14.

This lounge is furnished with a reception area, a hall, a food hall, a dining room, a lounge area, a private room, a washroom, an Internet area, and other areas, as well as a total of 120 sofas.

Various snacks, beverages, freshly ground coffee, Chinese tea, white wine, and red wines, among others, are available in the snack area. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, seasonal fruits, Chinese and Western pastries are available in the dining area.

Free 3D intelligent massage chairs are available in the leisure area, helping passengers to relax during their trips.

We also provide disposable slippers, blankets, baby dining chairs, and other services.

5. Xi'an King Lounge

Xi'an King Lounge is operating in Terminal 2 of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, with two VIP lounges, including Domestic Halls 1 and 2. VIP Halls 1 and 2 are opposite to Gates 8 and 15 respectively on the departure floor of Terminal 2 of Xianyang International Airport.

The lounge is furnished with 195 seats, consisting of VIP private rooms, an Internet area, a baby care room, a luggage storage area, and a massage area.

The signature dish of Shenzhen Airlines—specialty soup noodles with sirloin, Xi'an Minced Noodles, and Youpo Noodles, among others, are available in the hot dishes and noodles area during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks, cakes, seasonal fruits, Xi'an Marinated Meat in Baked Bun, Cold Noodles, etc. are available in the buffet area 24/7.

6. Quanzhou King Lounge

Shenzhen Airlines Quanzhou King Lounge is located between Gate 5 and Gate 6 in the departure hall on the second floor of the terminal of Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport.

It consists of a reception area, an Internet cafe area, a tea area, VIP private rooms, a massage area, a catering area, a lounge area, a washroom, and a luggage storage area.

A variety of beverages, snacks, fruits, Chinese pastries, Signature Dish of Shenzhen Airlines—Specialty Soup Noodles with Sirloin, and Quanzhou snacks (Mee Sua Koh, glutinous rice dumpling filled with meat) are available 24/7. The staple food is provided during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All these are offered in the form of a buffet.

7. Nanning King Lounge

Nanning King Lounge is located diagonally opposite to the elevator towards Gates 33-39 in the isolation area of the departure hall on the third floor of Terminal 2 of Nanning Wuxu International Airport.

It consists of a reception area, a dining area, a lounge area, a reading area, a massage area, a private room area, and other areas.

The dining area offers fresh fruit, snacks, flower tea, and freshly ground coffee every day, as well as unique Guangxi cuisine—oil tea. Hot dishes are available during mealtimes. VIP passengers can relax, taste some tea, read some books, and take a break while waiting for their flights.

8. Nanchang King Lounge

Nanchang King Lounge is located near the Remote Gates 251-254 of Terminal 2 of Nanchang Changbei International Airport, covering an area of about 320 m2.

It consists of a reception area, a dining area, a lounge area, a reading area, a massage area, an Internet area, a tea room, and other areas.

A variety of beverages, instant noodles, snacks, fruits, Chinese and western pastries, Signature Dish of Shenzhen Airlines—Specialty Soup Noodles with Sirloin, Jiangxi snacks (Nanchang mixed noodles, jar soups) are available for free 24/7. Hot dishes and staple food are provided during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All these are offered in the form of a buffet.

Various kinds of tea are available in the tea room so that VIP passengers can relax, taste some tea, read some books, and take a break while waiting for their flights.
