Instructions for Check In

On the day of boarding, please handle check-in procedures (seat selection, baggage check-in, and boarding pass collection) at the airport with your valid ID document (used when booking the ticket).

The check-in handling time of service counters for domestic/international flights varies from airport to airport. For domestic flights, please arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance for check-in; for international flights, 3 hours is recommended (At Osaka International Airport, the check-in manual counters of Shenzhen Airlines open two hours before the flight departure, so it is recommended to arrive at the airport two hours in advance to complete the check-in procedure.). The deadline shall be subject to that of the local airport.

Holding an e-ticket for the flight departing from Shenzhen with a finalized date, time, and seat, you can choose self-service check-in or online check-in.

Airport self-service check-in: Enter the ID number used when booking the ticket on the self-service check-in machine of Shenzhen Airlines, select the desired seat from the seats available, and print the boarding pass according to the prompts.

Online check-in: If the itinerary and handling time meet the requirements for online check-in on the Shenzhen Airlines website, select the desired seat from the seats available, and print the boarding pass. After arriving at the airport, go through the security check with the printed boarding pass. If you do not print the boarding pass in advance, print it on the self-service check-in equipment of Shenzhen Airlines following the prompts. As nucleic acid test reports and other information are required for international air routes, only seat selection in advance is supported, and the check-in function is not yet available. For passengers who have selected seats in advance, the check-in messages cannot be pushed. To ensure your smooth travel, please keep abreast of the latest pandemic prevention and control policies of the flight origin, transit, or destination in advance, and prepare relevant documents as required. Please arrive at the airport in advance for check-in at the service counter to avoid any inconvenience and loss.
