Full Refund Policy within 2 Hours of Purchase for Shenzhen Airlines International Flights
(I) Scope of Application
1. This policy applies to international and regional flight tickets sold within Chinese mainland through the China TravelSky System, issued as Shenzhen Airlines international flight tickets, displaying Shenzhen Airlines’ flight codes and actually operated by Shenzhen Airlines.
2. The refund fee standards listed in this policy apply to international flight tickets sold on or after December 31, 2024.
3. This policy applies to refund requests made within 2 hours (inclusive) of ticket issuance, provided the first flight segment on the ticket departs time at least 14 days after the request. If the refund request is made more than 2 hours (exclusive) after ticket issuance or if the flight departs time within 14 days (inclusive), the refund will be processed according to the conditions of ticket use.
4. Fully domestic segments issued on international tickets are subject to this policy.
5. This policy does not apply to tickets of government purpose, single-use flight pass from Tik Tok live streaming, award tickets, group tickets, standby tickets and tickets paid in currencies other than RMB.
(II) General Provisions
1. In this policy, "flight departure time" refers to the scheduled departure time indicated on the ticket. "14 days before the flight departure time" refers to the 14 natural days preceding the scheduled departure date. For example, for a flight scheduled to depart on February 15, 2025, at 12:10, the "14 days before flight departure" period starts from 23:59 on February 1, 2025.
2. "Within 2 hours of ticket issuance" refers to the period from the time of ticket issuance to the time of submitting the refund request. For example, if a ticket is issued at 16:10 on February 1, 2025, the 2-hour refund of ticket issuance ends at 18:10 on February 1, 2025.
3. Refund requests for tickets that meet the conditions of this policy can be processed through the Shenzhen Airlines app, WeChat mini-program.
4. If a ticket includes multiple flight segments, the entire ticket must be refunded under this policy. Partial refunds is not allowed.
5. Tickets that have already been changed, checked in, or partially used are not eligible for this policy. Voluntary refund for such tickets will be processed according to the conditions of ticket use.
6. Each passenger can be processed once according to “full refund within 2 hours of purchase” for the same flight on the same date. If a ticket is repurchased for the same flight and date, the subsequent refund will be processed according to the conditions of ticket use.
7. For tickets bundled with or including additional services and benefits, if these services or benefits have been used, the ticket is considered partially used. Voluntary refund for such tickets will be processed according to the conditions of ticket use.
