The Refund and Rebook Rules of International Coupon
Ⅰ. Rules for Refunds and Rebookings
(I) Voluntary Refunds and Rebookings
- Wholly Unused Tickets
The final refund will be the actual ticket price minus the refund fee, and coupons used will not be refunded.
For rebookings, customers will be refunded the actual amount of the receipt minus a handling fee, and coupons used will not be refunded.
- Partially Used Tickets
The rebooking is the same as above; the amount of the discount will be supplemented, and coupons used will not be refunded.
For refunds, customers will be refunded the remaining balance after the price of the used leg and the corresponding handling fee are deducted. Coupons used will not be refunded.
(II) Involuntary Refunds and Rebookings
- Wholly Unused Tickets
Involuntary rebookings: according to international standards for involuntary rebookings, there is no need to supplement the discount amount, and coupons used will not be refunded.
Involuntary refunds: according to international standards for involuntary refunds, customers will receive the actual amount received, and coupons used will not be returned.
- Partially Used Tickets
Involuntary rebookings: as above, involuntary rebooking will be implemented in accordance with international standards.
Involuntary refunds: if the ticket has been partially used at the time of refund, the coupon amount will be evenly allocated for each segment of the flight before standards for involuntary refunds are implemented. If for some reason equal allocation is impossible, the remainder will be deducted from the first segment.
