Notice of Shenzhen Airlines on Special Arrangement for Tickets for Taiwan (China) Routes
According to the announcement issued by the Cross-Straits Tourism Exchange Association, the pilot program that allows residents of 47 Chinese mainland cities to travel to Taiwan on individual trips will be suspended from August 1, 2019, in view of the current cross-Straits relations.
To better serve affected passengers and help passengers travelling on the Taiwan (China) routes better plan their trips, the following rules are adopted for dealing with the relevant passenger tickets:
I. Applicable Scope
Passengers with individual tourist travel visas (including passengers holding mileage award tickets or tickets that are not allowed to be changed or refunded) who purchased tickets before 00:00 (not inclusive) on August 1, 2019 for Shenzhen Airlines flights (including Shenzhen Airlines-operated flights and *ZH codeshare flights) to and from Taiwan with travel dates being after 00:00 (inclusive) on August 1, 2019, and hold tickets starting with 479 or 999 (only for Shenzhen Airlines-operated flights).
II. Refund
Passengers can apply for a refund during the ticket’s validity period without having to pay the refund fee. Passengers can apply for a refund at their original ticket-issuing offices and Shenzhen Airlines’ directly-managed counters or by calling our 24-hour customer service hotline at 95361.
All times listed are local time.
Notice is hereby given.
