Select “Seat selection check-in (选座值机)” and follow the instructions.

Be sure to read and abide by the following

1. Ticket Transfer: Transfers are not supported.
2. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is not supported. After a ticket is rescheduled, the original selected seat will become invalid, and passengers can process a refund through the original sales channel.
3. Refund: Refunds are only available through the original sales channel.
(1) Refunds can be processed free of charge if the passenger applied for 48 hours or more before the flight departure (including 48 hours).
(2) If passengers do not meet the requirements for seating at emergency exit rows for any reason, the airline has the right to reassign the seat. Any additional costs will be borne by the passenger and will not be refunded.
(3) Refunds cannot be processed within 48 hours before the flight departure or after the flight departs. However, if the passenger is unable to sit in the selected seat due to flight changes (such as aircraft type changes or flight cancellations), a refund can be processed without any charges.
