Shenzhen Airlines Notice on Carry-on Baggage Boarding
Dear passengers:
To ensure flight safety and the normal operation of flights, starting from today, baggage temporarily checked in at the boarding gate for flights operated by Shenzhen Airlines must undergo a second security check before transportation.
We are fully aware of the importance of ensuring that your baggage arrives with you on the same flight. In order to avoid the possibility that your baggage fails to arrive with you on the same flight, please read the following important information carefully. Thanks for your understanding and support.
I. Shenzhen Airlines Carry-on Baggage Standards

In addition to the above carry-on baggage, you are allowed to bring one free carry-on item that can be placed under the seat, such as a handbag, briefcase, laptop bag, camera bag, or other items of similar size or smaller.
If you are traveling with an infant passenger, you are allowed to carry necessary baby food and diapers on board; Additionally, you can bring a portable folding stroller that can be properly placed in the cabin baggage rack or under the front seat, with folded dimensions not exceeding 55 centimeters in length, 40 centimeters in width, and 20 centimeters in height. If the stroller exceeds the above dimensions or cannot be properly placed in the prescribed area, it should be checked in.
Ⅱ. Please cooperate with us for baggage confirmation.
We will confirm your carry-on baggage in the check-in area, before the security check, and in the waiting area of the boarding gate, please cooperate with our on-site staff. When checking in, or before going to the security check, please take the initiative to confirm with our ground staff whether your carry-on baggage meets the boarding requirements.
Ⅲ. Tips for checking in baggage at the boarding gate.
Temporary baggage check-in at the boarding gate requires a second security check. In order to improve the efficiency of baggage transportation to the destination, please take out the power banks, lithium batteries and other items in your baggage that do not meet the requirements for check-in, so as to avoid the need to open the baggage during the second security check.
The second security check will result in the baggage not being able to be transported with you on the same flight, and you will need to go to the destination airport to pick up your baggage on your own.
Passengers with excess baggage must go to the check-in counter for check-in. The security checkpoints will strictly check the number of pieces and specifications of carry-on baggage, so that the baggage will not be able to arrive on the same flight with you.
