Recently, there are criminals impersonating as airline customer service staff to defraud on the flight change refund and compensation. The fraud cases currently collected by the industry are as follows:
- Inform passengers of flight cancellations or adjustments and ask them to click the link to operate and receive compensation;
- Inform passengers to download an unknown APP and pay a deposit before receiving compensation;
- Inform passengers of flight changes and ask them to make refunds according to the prompts (possibly by using number changing software and impersonating our customer service hotline).
Hereby, Shenzhen Airlines solemnly reminds:
- Our flight changes and other notice information are released by the only official customer service number 95361 by message or phone.
- Our company will not ask you to pay deposit for flight cancellation or changes, or guide you to refund or compensation through message links or APP downloads.
- If you need to adjust your itinerary, you can do it in the following ways: (1) Contact the original ticketing channel; (2) Through the “Flight Ticket Refunds and Changes” on the homepage of Shenzhen Airlines’ official website, APP, and WeChat mini app; (3) Contact Shenzhen Airlines’ official customer service hotline 95361.
- If you want to know the flight change information, or have questions about the received message or phone, you can call Shenzhen Airlines’ 24-hour official customer service hotline 95361 for consultation and verification, or contact us through the online customer service on Shenzhen Airlines’ official website, APP, or WeChat official accounts.
