Latest Notice on the Pre-departure Test and Health Code Application Policy for Passengers Flying to China from Japan
Dear passengers,
According to the latest requirements of the Chinese government on optimizing and adjusting the pre-departure test measures for passengers going to China, from January 8, 2023, passengers flying from Japan to China must take a nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding. Passengers who test negative are allowed to go to China, subject to declaring their health condition to China Customs in advance (application for a health code is not required). Those who test positive shall go to China only after they test negative.
